The fake "MEE6 Connect" website closely mirrors design elements of the genuine MEE6 website, which is known for providing Discord server management assistance. We encountered this scam specifically on mee6-connect[.]xyz, a domain name that closely resembles the official mee6.xyz. However, it's worth noting that this scam could manifest on various other domains as well.
The "MEE6 Connect" scheme promotes a fictitious Web3 Discord bot that claims to offer digital asset-related services such as cryptocurrency and NFT (Non-Fungible Token) statistics, NFT listing and selling, token-gating, and more.
When a user attempts to link their digital wallet to this fraudulent site, their wallet becomes vulnerable to a crypto-draining attack.
